甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Methylprednisolone Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Severe Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的分析甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法采用随机盲选分组法将我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的88例重症支原体肺炎患儿分为两组,每组44例;对照组患儿单用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿采取甲波尼龙联合阿奇霉素进行治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平比较无差异(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,两组IL-8、LDH水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取甲波尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的效果显著,可促进患儿临床症状的消除,改善血清炎性因子。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,88 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into two groups by random blind grouping method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,the observation group were treated with methylbornylon combined with azithromycin,the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum levels of interleukin 8(IL-8)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)(P>0.05).After active medical treatment,the levels of IL-8,LDH were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylbondylamide combined with azithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia,which can promote the elimination of children's clinical symptoms and improve serum inflammatory factors.
