纤维支气管镜吸痰在重症肺炎患者治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Sputum Suction with Fiberglass Bronchoscopy in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰在重症肺炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的168例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字法将其分为两组,每组84例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加用普通吸痰干预,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用纤维支气管镜吸痰干预。对比两组患者治疗后的呼吸频率、动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压及治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的呼吸频率、动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用纤维支气管镜吸痰干预有助于提升重症肺炎患者的治疗效果,改善肺功能指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phlegm aspiration with fiberglass bronchoscopy in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 168 cases of severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital between December 2017 and December 2018 were selected for this study,and they were divided into two groups by random digital method,84 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received ordinary sputum suction intervention on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group received sputum suction intervention with fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of conventional treatment.The respiratory rate,arterial blood oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory rate,arterial oxygen saturation,and arterial oxygen partial pressure of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of bronchoscopic sputum suction intervention on the basis of conventional treatment can help improve the treatment effect of patients with severe pneumonia and improve lung function indicators.
