美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对心功能水平的影响

Application Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in Patients with Heart Failure and its Effect on Cardiac Function

目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对心功能水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的心力衰竭患者104例作为研究对象,时间为2017年5月至2018年12月,随机分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。两组均给予常规方法治疗,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗,治疗3个月后评估两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组心功能指标、生化指标、药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后3个月的LVEF水平高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月的LVEDsd、LVEDd、IL-6、GM-CSF、MCP-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论将美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪用于心力衰竭患者的临床治疗中能提高患者的心功能,改善生化指标,且不会增加药物不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with heart failure and its influence on cardiac function.Methods From May 2017 to December 2018,104 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52).The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given metoprolol treatment,and the observation group was given trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the treatment effect of the patients was evaluated,and the cardiac function level,biochemical index level and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after treatment,and the 6-min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);the LVEDsd,LVEDd,IL-6,GM-CSF and MCP-1 levels of the observation group at 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with heart failure can improve the level of cardiac function,improve the biochemical indicators,and does not increase the adverse drug reactions.
