腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Open Myomectomy

目的比较子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,试验组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,术后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组卵泡刺激素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组盆腔粘连、切口感染并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者通过腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术均可起到一定的效果,其中腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果更为显著,能够降低术后并发症发生率,避免激素升高问题,缩短术后恢复时间。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and open myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 100 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the time range of this study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open myomectomy,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of pelvic adhesions and incision infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with uterine fibroids,both laparoscopic myomectomy and open myomectomy can achieve certain results.Among them,the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic myomectomy is more significant,which can reduce postoperative complications,the incidence of symptoms,avoid the problem of increased hormones,and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
