小剂量丙戊酸钠防治小儿复杂性热性惊厥的效果

Effect of Low-dose Valproate Sodium on Complex Febrile Convulsion in Children

目的探讨小剂量丙戊酸钠防治小儿复杂性热性惊厥的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的90例小儿复杂性热性惊厥患儿作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规剂量丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组采用小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗,对比两组患儿的退热时间、止惊时间、不良反应发生情况、疾病复发率以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的退热时间、止惊时间明显短于对照组,不良反应发生率、疾病复发率明显低于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿复杂性热性惊厥的治疗过程中,采用小剂量[10 mg/(kg•d)]丙戊酸钠进行治疗干预具有较好的临床效果,能够显著缩短患儿的退热时间、止惊时间,降低不良反应发生率、疾病复发率,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effect of low-dose valproate sodium on complex febrile convulsion in children.Methods The selected subjects were 90 children with complex febrile convulsion in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine dose of valproate,the observation group was treated with low dose sodium valproate.The time of fever,the time of stopping shock,the incidence of adverse reactions,the recurrence rate of the disease and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the time of fever and the time of stopping shock of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and disease recurrence rates were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of complicated febrile convulsion in children,low dose valproate sodium has good clinical effect.It can significantly shorten the time of fever and the time of stopping shock,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the disease,and improve the effectiveness of treatment.
