无创血流动力学监测对老年人不典型心力衰竭的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨无创血流动力学监测对老年人不典型心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月在我院进行治疗的44例不典型心力衰竭老年患者作为不典型组,选取同期来院治疗的44例典型心力衰竭患者作为典型组。两组患者均采用无创血流动力学监测,监测内容包括心率、收缩压、舒张压、心排血量、心脏指数、每搏输出量、每搏指数、胸腔液体量、血浆N端脑利钠肽前体浓度。结果不典型组与典型组患者的心率、收缩压与舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组心排血量、心脏指数、每搏输出量、每搏指数、胸腔液体量、血浆N端脑利钠肽前体浓度指标对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年不典型心力衰竭患者采用无创血流动力学监测的准确率较高,可准确监测其心功能状态。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring in elderly patients with atypical heart failure.Methods A total of 44 elderly patients with atypical heart failure who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the atypical group.A total of 44 patients with typical heart failure who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the typical group.Noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring was performed in both groups,including heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cardiac output,cardiac index,stroke output,stroke index,chest fluid volume and the concentration of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the atypical group and the typical group(P>0.05);the two groups of cardiac output,cardiac index,stroke volume,stroke index,pleural fluid volume,comparison of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide concentration indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring is higher in elderly patients with atypical heart failure,which can accurately monitor their cardiac function.
