健脾消积汤治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏患者的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction in the Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue of Liver Cancer

目的分析健脾消积汤治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院治疗的80例肝癌患者。将其按照治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾消积汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗后均有一定程度的好转,观察组的生活质量评分和癌因性疲乏率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用健脾消积汤治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏患者的临床效果显著,利于提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of jianpi xiaoji decoction on cancer-related fatigue of liver cancer.Methods We selected 80 patients with liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.According to different treatment methods,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with jianpi xiaoji decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups of patients improved to a certain extent after treatment.The quality of life score and cancer-related fatigue rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of patients with liver cancer due to fatigue has significant clinical effects,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
