围手术期护理干预对扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎患者的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Tonsillectomy for Chronic Tonsillitis

目的探讨围手术期护理干预对扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎患者的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年12月医院收治的110例慢性扁桃体炎患儿,随机将其分为两组,各55例。两组均采取扁桃体切除术治疗,对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组予以围手术期护理干预。比较两组术后疼痛程度、并发症发生情况及住院时间。结果研究组术后1、2、3 d及出院前1 d的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强慢性扁桃体炎患儿的围手术期护理干预有助于提高患儿的舒适度,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on tonsillectomy for chronic tonsillitis.Methods A total of 110 children with chronic tonsillitis admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.All of them were treated with tonsillectomy.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received perioperative nursing intervention.Postoperative pain,complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the study group on 1,2,3 days and 1 day before discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative nursing intervention for children with chronic tonsillitis can help improve the comfort of the children,reduce the occurrence of complications,and shorten the hospitalization time.
