小儿川崎病护理中应用舒适护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Children with Kawasaki Disease

目的本次试验将研究舒适护理对小儿川崎病的协助效果,更好地提升护理质量,令家属放心。方法本次试验选取了2018年1月至2019年6月前来本院进行疾病检查且确诊为川崎病的患儿为对象,采用计算机随机数字表法分组。对照组患儿采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用舒适护理措施。分析两组患儿病情改善效果。结果就本次试验的数据中来看,从病发率上看,观察组为8%,对照组为24%,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在患儿家属的护理满意度的调查上,观察组的评分为(94.32±0.56)分,明显优于对照组的(82.78±2.68)分,其差异显著。结论舒适护理的患儿并发症的发病率更低,护理满意度更高,其原因有以下几点:医护人员针对患儿和患儿家属的讲座辅导起到了很大的作用,在患儿出现发热等症状时,采取合理且科学有效的护理方法,能在很大程度减少了患儿家属的焦虑,使家属有条不紊的配合护理人员对患儿进行照顾,有利于患儿的恢复,并且也缓解了紧张的医患关系;在出院当天,对患儿家属讲解出院后的注意事项,告知科学的后续护理方法,并按时复诊。当患儿有不适时及时发现并送往医院,降低了并发症的发病率。采用舒适护理针对小儿川崎病的临床效果更佳,家属对护理治疗成果满意度高。

Objective This experiment will study the effect of comfort nursing on children with Kawasaki disease,so as to improve the quality of nursing and reassure the families.Methods In this experiment,50 children who came to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 for disease examination and were diagnosed with Kawasaki disease were selected as the objects,and grouping by computer random number table.Routine nursing measures were used in the control group,while comfort nursing measures were used in the observation group.Analysis of the effect of the two groups on the improvement of the condition.Results From the data of this experiment,in terms of the incidence rate,the observation group was 8%and the control group was 24%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,in the survey of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was(94.32±0.56)points,significantly better than that of the control group(82.78±2.68)points,with significant difference.Conclusion The reasons for the lower morbidity and higher nursing satisfaction of children in comfortable nursing care are as follows:the lectures and guidance given by the medical staff to the children and their families have played a great role,the reason and scientific nursing methods for the children with fever and other symptoms have reduced the anxiety of the children's families,and the families have coordinated the nursing staff to take care of the children in an orderly manner.It is good for doctor-patient relationship.On the day of discharge,the family members of the children is explained the postoperative precautions,reducing the rate of complications.The clinical effect of comfortable nursing for Kawasaki disease is better,and the family members are satisfied with the results of nursing treatment.
