优质综合护理在高血压并发脑卒中急诊患者中的应用价值

Application Value of High-quality Comprehensive Nursing in Emergency Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Stroke

目的探讨优质综合护理在高血压并发脑卒中急诊患者中的应用价值。方法选择我科2018年1月至2018年12月收治的60例老年高血压并发脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上采用优质综合护理措施,比较两组患者的治疗效果、血压水平、生活方式、负面情绪。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的SBP、DBP水平明显低于护理前,且观察组护理后的SBP、DBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后戒烟、戒酒、合理饮食、规律运动的患者比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质综合护理干预对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者的护理效果确切,利于降低血压水平,改善生活方式及负面情绪。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality comprehensive nursing in emergency patients with hypertension complicated with stroke.Methods The 60 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with stroke in our department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method,the control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the observation group used high-quality comprehensive nursing measures under the premise of conventional nursing measures,to compare the treatment effect,blood pressure level,lifestyle after nursing,and negative emotion scores of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SBP and DBP levels of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the SBP and DBP levels of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the observation group who quit smoking,abstinence from alcohol,reasonable diet and regular exercise after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality comprehensive nursing intervention has a definite nursing effect on elderly patients with hypertension and stroke,which is beneficial to lower blood pressure levels,improve lifestyles and negative emotions.
