全科护理在流行性腮腺炎患者中的治疗效果

Effect of General Nursing in the Treatment of Mumps

目的探究全科护理在流行性腮腺炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的42例流行性腮腺炎患者作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各21例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,试验组患者采取全科护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果、生活质量、住院时间、治疗依从性、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者护理后的生活质量评分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者住院时间短于对照组,治疗依从性评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予流行性腮腺炎患者全科护理干预可有效提高临床疗效,改善生活质量,缩短住院时间,提高患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Objectives To explore the effect of general nursing in the treatment of mumps.Methods Forty-two patients with mumps admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,21 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were given general nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The nursing effect,quality of life,hospitalization time,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were higher than before,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment compliance score was higher In the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The general nursing intervention for patients with mumps can effectively improve the patient's efficacy,improve the patient's quality of life,shorten the patient's hospitalization time,improve the patient's treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
