全面整体护理对ICU重症肺炎患者的应用效果及生命体征指标的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Holistic Nursing on ICU Severe Pneumonia Patients and Analysis of Vital Signs

目的观察全面整体护理对ICU重症肺炎患者的应用效果及生命体征指标的影响。方法采用单双数抛掷骰子法将2018年5月至2020年5月我院ICU收治的74例重症肺炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采取ICU常规护理,观察组应用全面整体护理,对比两组患者护理前后的生命体征指标和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理后的心率和呼吸频率低于对照组,平均动脉压高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症肺炎患者应用全面整体护理干预可改善其生命体征指标,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive holistic nursing on patients with ICU severe pneumonia.Methods The 74 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the ICU of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group took ICU routine nursing,and the observation group used comprehensive holistic nursing.The vital signs and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after care were compared.Results The heart rate and breathing rate of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the average arterial pressure was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive holistic nursing can be applied to patients with ICU severe pneumonia,improve its vital signs and nursing satisfaction.
