心理护理干预对乳腺增生症患者心理状态及疗效的影响

Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Psychological State and Curative Effect of Patients with Breast Hyperplasia

目的探究心理护理干预对乳腺增生症患者心理状态及疗效的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院收治的84例乳腺增生症患者,遵循双色球分组原则将患者分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予病情监测、体征监测、定时检查、遵医嘱给药等基础护理干预,观察组在此基础上联合心理护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对乳腺增生症患者应用心理护理干预可有效改善其负性心理状态,提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state and curative effect of patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,84 patients with breast hyperplasia were treated in our hospital.Following the principle of double-color ball grouping,they were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention including disease monitoring,physical sign monitoring,regular examination and medication according to doctor's advice.The observation group was combined with psychological nursing intervention on this basis.To compare the nursing effect of two groups of breast hyperplasia.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Hamilton Depression rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety rating Scale(HAMA)scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with breast hyperplasia can effectively improve the negative psychological state and treatment effect of patients.
