人性化护理模式在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果

Analysis of the Effect of Humanized Nursing mode in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的分析观察慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者护理中采用人性化护理模式取得的效果。方法本研究选择我院接诊的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者94例为研究对象,时间为2018年7月至2019年7月。通过单复数分组方法将患者分为两组,对照组与观察组患者均有47例。在相同治疗方法前提下,对照组患者辅助展开常规护理措施,观察组患者实行人性化护理模式。对比不同护理措施取得的临床效果。结果统计两组患者护理满意度,对照组低于观察组(对照组为78.72%,观察组为95.74%)(P<0.05);分析两组患者肝功能指标,观察组天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶以及总胆红素水平均低于对照组,白蛋白指标高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理前的SDS与SAS指标评分无差异(P>0.05),护理后SDS、SAS指标都改善,且观察组患者指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者接受治疗期间,辅助展开人性化护理模式有助于改善患者肝功能水平,还能够预防患者负性情绪产生,有利于患者预后。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of humanized nursing mode in the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods The study was conducted from July 2018 to July 2019.Ninety-four patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by the method of singular and plural grouping.There were 47 patients in the control group and the observation group.On the premise of the same treatment,the patients in the control group were assisted to carry out routine nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group were implemented with humanistic nursing mode.To compare the clinical effect of different nursing measures.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was statistically lower than that of the observation group(78.72% in the control group and 95.74% in the observation group)(P<0.05);the liver function indexes of the two groups were analyzed,and aspartate transaminase,alanine transaminase and total bilirubin water in the observation group were lower than that of the control group on average,and the albumin index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SDS and SAS before nursing(P>0.05),and SDS,SAS indexes improved after nursing,and the index level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment period of patients with chronic hepatitis B,the auxiliary humanized nursing mode can improve the level of liver function,prevent the negative emotion of patients,and help the prognosis of patients.
