综合护理干预在产妇产时及产后出血护理中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Maternal Intrapartum and Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探究综合护理干预在产妇产时及产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月朝阳市朝阳县中心医院收治的92例产妇,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组46例。试验组应用综合护理方式进行护理干预,对照组应用常规护理方式进行干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果试验组产时出血量及产后出血量均少于对照组,产程时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇进行综合护理干预有利于降低术中及术后出血量,促进分娩的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of maternal intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,92 parturients were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The experimental group used comprehensive nursing methods for nursing intervention,and the control group used conventional nursing methods for intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding during labor and postpartum of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the labor time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for puerpera is helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding during and after operation and to improve the smooth degree of delivery.
