剖宫产术后再次妊娠顺产产程的观察、护理措施及护理价值

Observation,Nursing Measures and Nursing Value of Spontaneous Labor of Second Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠顺产产程的观察、护理措施及护理价值。方法筛选2018年5月至2019年5月于本院分娩的86例剖宫产术后再次妊娠产妇为研究对象,采用平行对照法进行分组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组加用产程观察和心理护理,比较两组分娩结局以及产程。结果研究组顺产成功率高于对照组,转剖宫产率、子宫破裂率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率均低于对照组,产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术后再次妊娠产妇顺产时加强产程观察和心理护理有助于缩短产程,提高顺产成功率,改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the observation,nursing measures and nursing value of spontaneous labor of second pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods A total of 86 cases of pregnant women who came to our hospital before May 2018 to May 2019 for delivery after cesarean section were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups by parallel control method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given labor observation and psychological nursing.The delivery situation and labor process of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of spontaneous delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate,uterine rupture rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the labor process was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the observation of labor process and psychological nursing during the spontaneous delivery of second pregnancy after cesarean section is helpful to shorten the labor process,improve the success rate of spontaneous delivery and improve the outcome of delivery.
