康复护理对脑瘫患儿运动功能及康复效果的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Motor Function and Rehabilitation Effect of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的分析康复护理对脑瘫患儿运动功能及康复效果的影响。方法采取随机数字表法将我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的84例脑瘫患儿分为两组,各42例,对照组患儿采取常规护理方法,观察组患儿采取康复护理方法,比较两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果护理前,两组患儿的运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分和生活自理能力评价量表(ADL)评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组FMA评分和ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组情感功能、生理功能、社交功能评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组情感功能、生理功能、社交功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预能够改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能及生理自理功能,提升患儿的生活质量,促进康复效果的提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and rehabilitation effect of children with cerebral palsy.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,84 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups by random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing methods,the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing method.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)score and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA score and ADL score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in emotional function,physiological function and social function score(P>0.05).After nursing,emotional function,physiological function and social function score of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.43% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the motor function and physical self-care function of children with cerebral palsy,improve the quality of life of children,and promote the improvement of rehabilitation effects.
