摘要
目的探讨综合护理用于甲状腺结节围手术期的效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月我院收治的行手术治疗的60例甲状腺结节患者,依据随机数字表法把患者分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者给予综合护理干预。比例两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、不良反应发生率、患者对护理的总肯定率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在采用手术治疗甲状腺结节患者时辅以综合护理干预,能够一定程度上调节患者心理状况,减少不良反应症状,提高患者护理服务满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of thyroid nodules.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,60 patients with thyroid gland underwent surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the observation group's SAS score,SDS score,adverse reaction rate,and patient's overall affirmation rate of nursing are better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When surgical treatment of patients with thyroid nodules is supplemented with comprehensive nursing intervention,it can adjust the psychological status of patients to a certain extent,reduce adverse reaction symptoms,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
