改良集束化护理策略预防儿童重症肺炎呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Improved Clustered Nursing Strategy on Prevention of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨改良集束化护理策略预防儿童重症肺炎呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月医院收治的440例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组220例。对照组采用常规机械通气护理,观察组采用改良集束化护理。比较两组患儿的机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良集束化护理策略可显著降低重症肺炎呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿的并发症发生率,同时缩短机械通气时间和ICU治疗时间。

Objective To explore the effect of improved clustered nursing strateg in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 440 children with severe pneumonia admitted to a tertiary first-class hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,220 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation,and the observation group were treated with improved clustered nursing.The mechanical ventilation time,ICU treatment time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved clustered nursing strategy significantly reduces the incidence of complications such as ventilator-related pneumonia and thrush in children,and shorten the mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time.
