摘要
通过希尼尔水库除险加固工程坝基防渗现场帷幕灌浆与铣削搅拌水泥土防渗墙对比试验,发现帷幕灌浆在新近系泥岩、砂岩地层中可灌性较差,水泥浆液无扩散,岩层透水率灌浆前后变化不大,无法达到坝基防渗设计要求;铣削深搅水泥土防渗墙在新近系泥岩地层中,相较于帷幕灌浆其适用性更好,墙体搭接整体性强,连续性好,抗渗性能满足设计要求,且施工过程可控,质量有保证。铣削搅拌水泥土防渗墙在新近系岩、砂岩地层中的应用,可为新疆地区新近系地层中水库坝基防渗处理提供一种全新技术方案,同时积累相关经验数据,为后期设计、施工提供依据。
By studying the contrast test of on-site curtain grouting and milling and mixing cement-soil anti-seepage wall of the dam foundation anti-seepage of the Xinier Reservoir Reservoir Reinforcement Project.The research results show that curtain grouting has poor grouting ability in Neogene mudstone and sandstone formations.There is no diffusion of cement slurry,and the permeability of the rock formation does not change much before and after grouting,which cannot meet the design requirements of dam foundation seepage prevention.The milling and deep mixing cement-soil impervious wall has better applicability than curtain grouting in Neogene mudstone.The wall has strong lap integrity,good continuity,impermeability meets the design requirements,and the construction process is controllable,while ensuring quality.The application of milling and mixing cement-soil anti-seepage walls in Neogene rock and sandstone formations can provide a new technical solution for the anti-seepage treatment of reservoir dam foundations in Neogene formations in Xinjiang.The application also accumulates relevant experience data to provide a basis for later design and construction.
