目标教学在心血管专科新上岗护士带教中的应用研究

摘要 目的目标教学在心血管专科新上岗护士带教中的应用研究。方法研究选取2018年5月—2019年2月期间在医院心血管专科工作的新上岗护理人员作为研究对象,取电脑系统随机排序分组的方式,对42例参与试验的护理人员进行客观分组,每组21例。对比组采用常规带教模式。试验组则选用目标教学方式,总结两组实施效果。结果(1)相比之下证实,对比组护理人员心电图机使用得分较低、无创呼吸机使用得分较低、遥测心电监护得分较低、注射泵得分较低、静脉留置针得分较低、心肺复苏得分较低、理论知识得分较低,反之试验组得分均较高,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对比组带教满意度和试验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。(3)本次调查结果显示,对比组护理人员职业心理素质得分、临床处置得分、临床教学得分、临床管理得分、健康教育得分、护理沟通得分与试验组得分比较结果较低,反之试验组得分结果较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管专科新上岗护士带教中,可采用目标教学方式,此带教方式实施效果优异,值得临床应用。 Objective To study the application of target teaching in the teaching of new nurses in cardiovascular specialty.Methods From May 2018 to February 2019,new nurses working in cardiovascular department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and 42 nurses participating in the experiment were divided into two groups by computer system random sorting,with 21 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode.The experimental group chose the target teaching method to summarize the implementation effect of the two groups.Results(1)Compared with the control group,the scores of ECG,noninvasive ventilator,telemetry ECG monitoring,injection pump,intravenous indwelling needle,cardiopulmonary resuscitation and theoretical knowledge of nurses in the control group were lower,on the contrary,the scores of the experimental group were higher.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The teaching satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(3)According to the survey results,the scores of professional psychological quality,clinical disposal,clinical teaching,clinical management,health education and nursing communication of nurses in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target teaching method can be used in the teaching of new nurses in cardiovascular specialty,and the effect of this teaching method is excellent,which is worthy of clinical application.
