基于胜任力的肿瘤专科医院新护士培训调查

A Survey of the Training Based on the Competency of New Nurses in Oncology Hospital

目的调查分析基于胜任力的肿瘤专科医院新护士培训现状及需求,为优化新护士培训方案提供依据。方法采用自行设计的基于胜任力的新护士培训现状及需求调查问卷,分别对新护士、护士长及教学老师进行调查。结果新护士、护士长及教学老师在培训现状各个维度的评分仅职业素养差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新护士、护士长及教学老师得分最低的三个维度均为专业理论、沟通技巧和心理护理;培训内容需求程度均处于较高水平,新护士、护士长及教学老师在应急预案、专业知识与实践能力培训需求上,维度总分和条目平均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训方式呈现出多样化需求。结论基于胜任力的肿瘤专科医院新护士培训有待进一步加强,培训内容需合理设置,需根据培训内容采取恰当的培训方式。

Objective To investigate the training status and needs based on the competency of new nurses in oncology hospital,and to provide evidence for optimizing the training programs for new nurses.Methods New nurses,head nurses and clinical teachers were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire of training status and needs based on the competency of new nurses.Results Only the difference of professional literacy was statistically significant in the various dimensions of the training status in new nurses,head nurses and teaching teachers(P<0.05).The lowest three scores were professional theories,communication skills and psychological care.The need degree of training content was high.When compared the dimensions,total score and items,average score of the emergency plans,professional knowledge and practical ability training of new nurses,head nurses and teaching teachers,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The needs for training methods was diversified.Conclusion The training of new nurses in oncology hospital based on the competency needed to be more strengthen.The training content needed to be set up reasonably.Appropriate training methods should be adopted according to the training content.
