激励薪酬机制对医院人力资源管理的价值

The Value of Incentive Compensation Mechanism to Hospital Human Resources Management

近年来,随着卫生系统改革的逐渐深入,为了与我国社会主义市场经济发展要求相适应,医院也应该结合实际情况建立健全薪酬激励机制,这也是当前医院改革需要迫切解决的问题。相关管理者应该首先明确薪酬激励机制在医院人力资源管理中的重要性,同时了解当前我国医院人力资源管理的现状,在此基础上有针对性的构建完善的薪酬激励机制,为开展人力资源管理工作提供理论依据。笔者首先论述了医院人力资源管理中有效薪酬激励机制的重要性,然后分析了当前我国医院人力资源管理现状,在此基础上,提出了医院构建有效薪酬激励机制的措施,希望能够为后续医院人力资源管理提供值得借鉴的思路。

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the reform of the health system,in order to adapt to the requirements of the development of China’s socialist market economy,hospitals should also establish and improve the compensation incentive mechanism in combination with the actual situation,which is also an urgent problem to be solved in the current hospital reform.Relevant managers should first make clear the importance of salary incentive mechanism in hospital human resources management,at the same time understand the current situation of hospital human resources management in our country,and then construct a perfect salary incentive mechanism on the basis of pertinence,so as to provide theoretical basis for carrying out human resources management.In this paper,the author first discusses the importance of effective salary incentive mechanism in hospital human resources management,then analyzes the current situation of hospital human resources management in our country,and on this basis,puts forward the measures to build an effective salary incentive mechanism in hospitals,hoping to provide valuable ideas for follow-up hospital human resources management.
