心肺复苏机在抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者中的临床应用

摘要 目的探究心肺复苏机在抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者中的临床应用。方法将在2017年4月—2019年12月期间收治52例心脏骤停患者为研究对象,将随机数字表法作为分组原则,分成对照组(n=26)和干预组(n=26),对照组患者采用徒手的方式进行抢救,干预组患者采用心肺复苏机进行抢救,比较两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心肺复苏时间、自主呼吸恢复时间。结果干预组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心肺复苏时间以及自主呼吸恢复时间分别为(61.9±6.5)mmHg,(91.8±6.8)mmHg,(12.9±10.8)min,(4.8±1.9)min,和对照组比较更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论将心肺复苏机用于抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者的临床治疗当中,患者的病情改善明显,效果优于传统的徒手心肺复苏。 Objective To explore the clinical application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in rescuing patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest.Methods From April 2017 to December 2019,52 patients with cardiac arrest in our hospital were divided into control group(n=26)and intervention group(n=26)according to the random number table method.The control group was rescued by unarmed method,while the intervention group was rescued by cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time and spontaneous breathing recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time and spontaneous breathing recovery time of the intervention group were(61.9±6.5)mmHg,(91.8±6.8)mmHg,(12.9±10.8)min,(4.8±1.9)min,respectively,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine used in the clinical treatment of patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest,the patient’s condition improved significantly,the effect is better than the traditional unarmed cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
