不同术式治疗复发性肝胆管结石的临床效果

Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Open Surgery on Recurrent Hepatolithiasis and its Effect on Recurrence Rate

目的探究微创手术与开腹手术对复发性肝胆管结石的再治疗效果及对病情复发的影响。方法选取医院2018年3月—2019年8月收治的复发性肝胆管结石62例为研究对象,依据抓阄的形式将患者分为微创组及开腹组(每组31例)。开腹组行开腹手术,微创组实施腹腔镜手术。对两组患者有效率及并发症情况进行分析比较。结果与开腹组的74.19%相比,微创组的治疗有效率为93.55%,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组患者结石复发1例,开腹组患者结石复发8例,微创组复发发生率显著低于开腹组(3.23%<25.81%),且组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术比开腹手术再治疗复发性肝胆管结石效果更显著,该术式能对结石复发率起到明显降低作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery on recurrent hepatolithiasis and its effect on recurrence.Methods The recurrent hepatolithiasis(62 cases)admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the form of scratching,the patients were divided into minimally invasive group and open group(31 cases in each group).Open surgery was performed in the open group and laparoscopic surgery in the minimally invasive group.The effective rate and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in minimally invasive group was significantly higher than that in open group(93.55%>74.19%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stone recurrence was significantly lower in the minimally invasive group(3.23%<25.81%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is more effective than open surgery in the treatment of recurrent hepatolithiasis and it can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of stones.
