规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Standardized Health Education in Neurology Nursing

目的观察规范化健康教育在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法2986例研究对象来源于2018年1月—2019年12月神经内科收治的病例,根据随机数字表法分为人数均为1493例的观察组与对照组,分别给予规范化健康教育与常规护理,评估患者疾病知识掌握情况,调查患者满意度。结果观察组疾病知识掌握优良率达到94.8%,高于对照组的70.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度对比观察组更高,为95.1%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论规范化健康教育应用于神经内科护理,有利于提升疾病认知,患者满意度高。

Objective To observe the application effect of standardized health education in neurology nursing.Methods A total of 2986 subjects were recruited from the patients admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 1493 patients respectively.The patients were given standardized health education and routine nursing,and the knowledge of disease was evaluated,and the satisfaction of patients was investigated.Results The excellent and good rate of disease knowledge in observation group was 94.8%,which was higher than that in control group(70.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group(95.1%)than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized health education in neurology nursing is conducive to improving disease cognition and patient satisfaction.
