甘肃子午岭野生党参总黄酮、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量分析

Analysis of the Content of Total Flavonoids, Soluble Sugar and Soluble Protein in Wild Codonopsis pilosula in Ziwuling Area of Gansu Province

野生党参是甘肃子午岭地区的一种重要的植物资源。为评估甘肃子午岭地区野生党参的营养价值,以甘肃渭南地区的栽培党参为对照,对二者根中总黄酮、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量进行对比分析。结果表明,甘肃子午岭野生党参根中总黄酮含量和可溶性蛋白含量分别为0.040,0.204 mg·g^(-1),较甘肃渭南栽培党参分别显著提高了11.11%,7.93%,但可溶性糖含量(0.213μg·g^(-1))显著降低了78.40%。综合说明,甘肃子午岭野生党参在总黄酮物质和可溶性蛋白方面具有较高的利用价值。

The wild Codonopsis pilosula is one of the most important resourcesin Ziwuling area of Gansu Province.To evaluate the nutritive value of wild C.pilosula in Ziwuling area of Gansu Province,cultivated C.pilosula in Weinan area of Gansu Province was taken as the control,the content of total flavonoid,soluble sugar,and soluble protein inthe roots of wild C.pilosula were analyzed.The results showed that compared with cultivated C.pilosula in Weinan of Gansu,the contents of total flavonoid and soluble protein in the roots of wild C.pilosula were 0.040,0.204 mg·g^(-1),respectively,which were significantly increased by 11.11%,7.93%,respectively,but the soluble sugar content in roots of wild C.pilosula(0.213μg·g^(-1))was significantly reduced by 78.40%.The results suggested that wild C.pilosula of Ziwuling area has a high utilization value in terms of total flavonoid and soluble protein.
