摘要
为了对烟粉虱传播的番茄黄化曲叶病毒病提供防治策略,以番茄为试材,研究了灵芝多糖及香菇多糖对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的防治效果。结果表明:在发病前用含灵芝多糖的慧动力水剂与呋虫胺混用,连续喷雾处理,可杀死烟粉虱并提高植株抗病性,对黄化曲叶病毒病预防效果在91.9%以上,且以0.3%灵芝多糖水剂250倍液+20%呋虫胺可溶性粉剂1000倍液处理效果最好,第3次药后7 d预防效果达100%;发病后用上述组合连续喷雾处理,可抑制病毒病发生,使植株恢复健康生长,防治效果在65.9%以上,且以0.3%灵芝多糖水剂250倍液+20%呋虫胺可溶性粉剂1000倍液处理效果最好,第3次药后7 d防治效果达75.8%。香菇多糖处理对黄化曲叶病毒病预防及防治效果不理想。建议在露地番茄黄化曲叶病毒病综合防治中,抓住番茄移栽后至果实膨大期,及时喷施呋虫胺等内吸杀虫剂防治烟粉虱,消灭传毒媒介昆虫,另加入含灵芝多糖的慧动力水剂,可有效控制番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的发生。
In order to provide control strategies for tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease(TYLCV),the control effects of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and lentinan on TYLCV were studied by taking tomato as test material.The results showed that the combination of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and dinotefuran could kill Bemisia tabaci and improve plant resistance to disease by continuous spraying treatment before the onset of the disease.The preventive effect on TYLCV was over 91.9%,and the best treatment was 0.3%ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide water 250 times+20%dinotefuran soluble powder 1000 times,whose preventive effect reached 100%at 7 days after the third application.After the onset of the disease,the continuous spraying treatment with these combinations could inhibit the occurrence of viral diseases and restore the healthy growth of the plants.The control effect was over 65.9%,and treatment with 0.3%ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides water solution 250 times+20%furosemide soluble powder 1000 times had the best effect,whose control effect reached 75.8%at 7 days after the third application.The effect of lentinan treatment on prevention and control of TYLCV was not ideal.It was suggested that in the integrated control of TYLCV in the open field,the occurrence of TYLCV could be effectively controlled by spraying dinotefuran and other internal inhaling insecticides to control Bemisia tabaci in time from transplanting to fruit expanding stage,eliminating virus vector insects and adding huidongli water containing ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide.
