摘要
元代,江浙行省是全国最大、最重要的茶叶生产和制作中心,主要产茶区有湖州路、常州路、杭州路、宁国路,浙东的庆元路、绍兴路和福建的建宁路,所产名茶有北苑茶、顾渚茶、阳羡茶、武夷茶、范殿帅茶、日铸茶等。这些名茶中既有沿袭了宋代的蜡茶,也有新兴的末茶、茗茶,凸显了制茶方法和饮用方式的转变,更表明元代在中国茶叶发展史上具有承前启后的历史意义。
In the Yuan Dynasty(1271-1368), Jiang-Zhe province was the largest and most important tea production center in China. The main tea producing areas in Jiang-Zhe province were Huzhou, Changzhou,Hangzhou, Ningguo, Qingyuan and Shaoxing of East Zhejiang and Jianning of Fujian. The famous tea varieties included Beiyuan, Guzhu, Yangxian, Wuyi, Fan Dianshuai, Rizhu, etc. Some of these famous tea varieties inherited the characteristics of the Wax Tea of the Song Dynasty and some were newly emerging ones as Dust Tea and Burgeon Tea, which not only highlighted transformation of tea making and drinking styles, but also showed the historical significance of the Yuan Dynasty in the history of Chinese tea development.
