广西公立医院医养结合养老模式问题及对策研究——基于2020年广西养老服务质量检查

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Guangxi’s Public Hospitals over the Mode of Old-age Care Combined with Medical Treatment: Based on 2020 Examination of Old-age Care Service Quality in Guangxi

进入21世纪,我国老龄化程度不断提高,为保证老年人过上健康体面的生活,医养结合养老服务应运而生。广西公立医院积极实践,探索出三种较为成熟的模式:公立医院内设养老中心模式、签约合作模式、公立医院转型为医养结合养老院模式。本文基于2020年广西养老服务质量检查及开展实地调研和专家座谈所获资料、信息,梳理广西公立医院医养结合的模式,希冀为广西大健康产业发展提供相关参考借鉴。

Entering into the 21 stcentury, population aging in our country is getting more and more serious.To ensure that the aged can have a healthy and decent life, an old-age care service mode combining medical treatment with provision for the aged appears just at the right moment. Public hospitals in Guangxi actively engage in such practice and have come to three mature modes after research: establishing old-age care centers in public hospitals, signing agreement on old-age care cooperation and transforming public hospitals into old-age nursing homes combining medical treatment with old-age care. The authors of this article have participated in the 2020 examination of Guangxi’s old-age care service quality, carried out on-site survey and discussion with specialists, and probed into such old-age care mode, hoping to propose relevant references to the development of Guangxi’s massive health industry.
