摘要
探讨健身气功锻炼干预帕金森病(简称“PD”)患者步态的效果。方法:将40例轻、中度PD患者随机分为实验组和对照组(各20例)。2组均进行神经内科基础药物治疗,实验组在药物治疗的基础上增加12周健身气功锻炼,每周5次,每次60 min。对2组患者性别、年龄、身高、体重、病程进行记录,并比较2组患者实验前、后的步态和运动功能状态。结果:12周健身气功锻炼后,对照组患者在锻炼前后常速行走和高速行走的步长、步频、步速均未见显著差异(p>0.05);实验组患者在锻炼前后常速行走的步长、步频、步速及高速行走的步频、步速均具有非常显著性差异(p<0.01),高速行走的步长和运动功能状态评分具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:12周健身气功锻炼可改善轻、中度PD患者常速行走、高速行走的步长、步频和步速,提高其运动能力,减小其出行困难,可在临床推广。
To explore the effect of Health Qigong(HQ)exercise on gait of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:40 patients with mild and moderate PD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(20 cases each).Both groups were treated with basic drugs in neurology.On the basis of the same treatment as the control group,the experimental group increased 12 weeks of HQ exercise,5 times a week,each time for 60 minutes.Two groups of patients were recorded in terms of gender,age,height,body mass,course of disease,and their gait and motor function before and after the experiment were compared.Results:after 12 weeks of HQ exercise,there was no significant change in the stride length,stride frequency and stride speed in the control group(p>0.05);the stride length,stride frequency and stride speed in the experimental group were significantly different from those before exercise(p<0.01);In high-speed walking,except for significant changes in step length,the step length of high-speed walking and motion function status show significant changes(p<0.05).Conclusion:12 weeks of HQ exercise can improve the step length,step frequency and step speed of normal speed and high-speed walking of patients with mild and moderate PD,improve their ability to move,and reduce their travel difficulties,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
