Scorch problem in the processing of AEM rubber compound

本文对模压、挤出和注射硫化用AEM橡胶焦烧性能进行了研究。用二胺硫化的AEM橡胶比大多数其他弹性体混炼胶对焦烧更敏感,工艺温度保持相对较低时,AEM混炼胶可以混炼、模压和/或挤出而不会出现烧焦问题。

This paper studies the scorch properties of AEM rubber for molding,extrusion and injection vulcanization.AEM rubber vulcanized with diamine is more sensitive to scorching than most other elastomer compounds.When the process temperature is kept relatively low,the AEM rubber compound can be compounded,molded and/or extruded without scorching problems.
