摘要
钢丝圈缠绕生产线用于缠绕正、扁六角断面形状的的钢丝圈子午线轮胎生产。生产线通过成卷钢丝为原料,经过导开、预热、覆胶、冷却、储存、张力控制、缠绕等工序完成轮胎中必要的钢丝圈部分,钢丝圈缠绕设备的使用性能直接影响到轮胎的产量和质量。通过对钢丝圈缠绕生产线的机械结构和电气系统两方面的工作原理进行分析优化改造,大大提高了设备的使用性能,使其操作方便,降低了维修成本,节约能源,提高了生产效率。
The steel wire winding production line is used for winding radial tires with regular and flat hexagonal cross-sections.The production line uses coiled steel wire as raw material,and completes the necessary traveller part of the tire through processes such as opening,preheating,coating,cooling,storage,tension control,and winding.The performance of the traveler winding equipment directly affects the output and quality of tires.By analyzing and optimizing the mechanical structure and electrical system of the traveler winding production line,the use performance of the equipment is greatly improved,the operation is convenient,the maintenance cost is reduced,the energy is saved,and the production efficiency is improved.
