摘要 非充气轮胎因其具有不漏气、不爆胎、耐磨损等安全特点,已经成为轮胎产业发展的新方向。在现有热塑性弹性体轮胎材料物性的基础上,通过对非充气轮胎结构进行优化设计,以期通过轮胎结构与材料性能相结合的方式,来解决现有非充气轮胎存在的开裂、粉化问题,从而提升轮胎的使用寿命。在本文的设计中,通过V形、花生壳状、圆柱形等不同通孔形状的变化,以及减震孔和支撑筋在胎壁径向的合理分布,在确保轮胎减震效果的同时,也提升了轮胎整体抗形变能力,确保了轮胎长期使用时不易开裂,使车辆在行驶过程中更加安全、舒适。 Non-pneumatic tires have become a new direction in the development of the tire industry due to their safety features such as airtightness,no puncture,and wear resistance.It is hoped that the cracking and chalking problems of existing non-pneumatic tires can be solved through the combination of tire structure and material performance,so as to improve the service life of tires.In the design of this article,the tire has been optimized by changing the shape of different through holes such as V-shaped,peanut shell-shaped,and cylindrical,as well as the reasonable distribution of shock-absorbing holes and supporting ribs in the radial direction of the sidewall.While ensuring the damping effect of the tire,it also improves the overall anti-deformation ability of the tire,ensuring that the tire is not easy to crack during long-term use,making the vehicle safer and more comfortable during driving.
