专利价值评估在企业开展专利交易、出资、质押和融资过程中发挥着重要作用,对支撑企业开展自主创新具有基础性作用。构建分类分级的高价值专利评估模型,在初步筛选、分类评价的基础上,建立定性和定量相结合的评价指标体系,对专利价值进行分级评价,为专利工作者鉴别高价值核心专利,为各市场主体开展专利价值评估提供参考。

Patent value plays an important role in the process of patent transactions,capital contribution,pledge and financing of enterprises.The ability to accurately evaluate the value of a patent or a group of patents plays a fundamental role in supporting enterprises’independent innovation.This paper constructs a classification and grading high-value patent evaluation model.On the basis of preliminary screening and classification evaluation,establishes a qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system to provide decision-making reference for patent workers to classify the value of patents and identify high-value core patents,for each market entity to carry out patent value evaluation.
