医患共同决策对患者满意度的影响分析

Influence of Doctor-patient Shared Decision Making on Patient Satisfaction

目的探讨医患共同决策对患者满意度的影响。方法随机抽取2019年12月于梅州市人民医院住院的469例患者为研究对象,采用医患共同决策问卷患者版测量医患共同决策得分;同时采用患者满意度问卷测量患者就医满意度得分,运用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果患者医患共同决策问卷标准总得分为(87.94±17.21)分,患者满意度得分为(244.88±36.46)分,超过86%患者对医患共同决策条目内容表示“认可”;相关性分析显示,患者医患共同决策得分越高,满意度得分越高(P<0.05);多重线性逐步回归分析显示,医患共同决策实施对提升患者满意度具有正向影响作用(P<0.05),以医生帮助患者理解所有相关信息影响作用最为明显;其次是向患者准确解释不同治疗方案利弊、告知可供选择的不同治疗方案;患者年龄因素影响作用最小。结论医患共同决策实施对提升患者满意度具有积极促进作用,在医疗服务中可加强实施医患共同决策模式。

Objective To explore the influence of doctor-patient shared decision making(SDM)on patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 469 inpatients in Meizhou People's Hospital in December 2019 in December 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.The score of doctor-patient SDM was measured by the patient version of 9-item Shared Decision Making Questionnaire(SDM-Q-9).And the score of patient satisfaction was measured by patient satisfaction questionnaire.SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis.Results The average standard total score of SDM-Q-9 was(87.94±17.21).The average score of patient satisfaction was(244.88±36.46).More than 86%of patients"approved"the contents of doctor-patient SDM items.Correlation analysis showed that the higher the score of doctor-patient SDM,the higher the score of patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the implementation of doctor-patient SDM had a positive effect on patient satisfaction(P<0.05).The most influential factor was doctors helping patients understand all relevant information,followed by doctors’accurate explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment options to patients and informing them of the different treatment options available,and patient’s age had the least influence.Conclusion The implementation of doctor-patient SDM plays a positive role in improving patient satisfaction,which can be strengthened in medical services.
