摘要
本文运用2007—2017年中国31个省份的面板数据,通过动态面板模型实证分析外商直接投资(IFDI)和对外直接投资(OFDI)对产业结构的优化效应及区域表现差异,并构建金融发展水平综合指数,分析区域金融发展水平对IFDI和OFDI产业结构优化效应的影响。研究结果表明:中国IFDI和OFDI对产业结构合理化和高级化有显著的促进作用,但二者的交互作用却对产业结构优化产生一定的阻碍作用,而且金融发展水平是影响IFDI和OFDI产业结构优化效应的重要因素。因此,在高质量“引进来”和高水平“走出去”战略实践过程中,各地政府应注重二者的协调发展,全面提升区域金融综合发展水平,加强IFDI、OFDI对产业结构优化的优化效果。
This paper builds up a dynamic panel model to test the industrial structure optimization effect and the regional difference of IFDI and OFDI by using the panel data of 31 provinces(regions)in China from 2007 to 2017,and analyzes the influence of the regional financial development level on the industrial structure optimization effect of IFDI and OFDI based on the constructed financial development level index.The results show that both IFDI and OFDI play a significant positive role in rationalization and advancement of industrial structure,while their interaction has some hindering effect,and the financial development level plays an important role in the industrial structure optimization effect of IFDI and OFDI.Therefore,local governments should pay attention to the coordinated development of IFDI and OFDI during the practice of“importing”high-quality and high-level“going-out”strategy,improve the level of regional financial development,and strengthen the industrial structure optimization effect of IFDI and OFDI.
