新型农业经营主体的异化:程度、效应及根源

The Alienation of New Agricultural Operators:Degree,Effect and Cause

新型农业经营主体是现代农业发展的重要力量,但其存在着“名不副实”的异化现象,导致资源分配的不均和政策效率的损失。本文基于河北等五省调研数据,对新型农业经营主体面临的政府支持、市场环境、自身发展关键要素变化等可能对新型农业经营主体异化造成影响的因素进行了实证检验。结果显示,在纠正了政府支持的内生性和控制主体类型、个人和家庭特征以及省份等变量后,政府支持对新型农业经营主体异化表现出显著的正向影响,土地、资本、要素价格比表现出显著的负向影响,而新型农业经营主体自身发展关键要素变化、劳动资本要素价格比、土地和资本的投入规模等因素的影响并不明显。这些结果对完善新型农业经营主体培育和新型农业经营体系构建等相关政策具有重要的参考意义。

New agricultural operators,as an important force in the development of modern agriculture,currently appeared a trend of alienation,resulting in uneven distribution of resources and loss of policy efficiency.Based on the survey data of five provinces represented by Hebei,this paper empirically tested the factors that may affect the alienation of new agricultural operators,such as government support,market environment and changes in key elements of their own development.Results showed that,by correcting the endogenous of government support and controlling the entity type,personal and family characteristics,provinces and other variables,the government support showed a significant positive impact,the price ratio of land and capital showed a significant negative impact in new agricultural operators alienation,while the effect of changes in key elements of new agricultural operators'development,the price ratio of labor and capital,and land and capital input are not obvious.This will provide theoretical reference for the government in cultivating new agricultural operators and constructing the agricultural management system.
