摘要
针对某型机动雷达在使用过程中暴露出的液压缸活塞杆抗腐蚀性能不足的问题,分析了乳白-耐磨双层镀铬、QPQ处理、锌镍合金-硬铬复合镀3种防腐蚀技术及其性能,提出了将电镀锌镍合金作为底镀层的锌镍合金-硬铬复合镀技术,并对试样进行了240 h盐雾试验、高温贮存试验、低温贮存试验、交变湿热试验和附着强度试验。试验结果表明,采用锌镍合金-硬铬复合镀的液压缸活塞杆抗腐蚀性能远优于采用乳白-耐磨双层镀铬、QPQ处理的活塞杆,能够显著提高机动雷达抗恶劣环境的能力。
In view of the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod exposed in the operation of a mobile radar,the three anti-corrosion technologies as well as their performance are analyzed,including the milky white-abrasive double-layer chromium plating,QPQ treatment,and Zn-Ni alloy-hard chromium composite plating.The Zn-Ni alloy-hard chromium composite plating technology is proposed with the electroplated Zn-Ni alloy as the bottom coating.The 240-hour salt spray test,high temperature storage test,low temperature storage test,alternating damp heat test and adhesion test are conducted on the samples.The results show that the anti-corrosion performance of the proposed method is superior to that of the other two methods,which can significantly improve the ability of the mobile radar to resist harsh environments.
