摘要
在保证某型雷达天线舱框架刚强度的前提下,为尽可能减轻其质量,使用三维设计软件NX与有限元分析软件Workbench对结构进行拓扑优化减重设计。基于拓扑优化的优点,在NX软件中建立其三维模型,利用Workbench强大的分析功能,结合天线舱的工程使用条件,进行有限元拓扑优化分析。根据伪应力云图对原有结构进行规则切除与重塑,然后对优化前后的天线舱框架动静态特性进行对比分析。优化后框架的静强度、模态特性与优化前几乎相同,但结构减重约16%。
On the premise of ensuring the rigidity and strength of a certain type of radar antenna cabin frame,in order to reduce its weight as much as possible,the 3D design software NX and the finite element analysis software Workbench are used to optimize the topology and reduce the weight of the structure.Based on the advantages of topology optimization,the 3D model is built in the NX software,and the powerful analysis function of the Workbench is used in combination with the engineering conditions of the antenna cabin to perform the finite element topology optimization and analysis.According to the pseudo-stress nephogram,the original structure is regularly cut and reshaped,and then the dynamic and static characteristics of the antenna cabin frame before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.The static strength and modal characteristics of the optimized frame are almost the same as before,but the weight of the structure is reduced by about 16%.
