基于快速康复外科理念的中医适宜技术在痔患者围手术期管理中的应用现状

快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念日益受到重视,基于ERAS理念的中医适宜技术(包括五音疗法、功法、针灸治疗等)也越来越多地应用于痔患者的围手术期管理,在缓解焦虑、改善睡眠、减轻术后并发症症状、促进创面愈合方面起到了良好的作用,然而大部分技术仍缺乏高质量的循证医学证据支持。如何建立统一的诊疗规范,整合中医适宜技术并按照规范化流程合理有序应用于痔患者的围手术期管理,依旧任重道远。

The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has gained increasing interest.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate techniques based on ERAS,consisting of a wide range of treatments and exercises such as pentatonic therapy,Kungfu,and acupuncture,have emerged as a popular treatment option for perioperative management of patients with hemorrhoids.It can alleviate anxiety,improve sleep quality,lessen the symptoms of postoperative complications,and facilitate wound healing.Nonetheless,high-quality evidence for its effectiveness is still lacking.Future research should focus on establishing uniformed treatment strategies,integrating various TCM treatments,and incorporating them into the standardized process for the perioperative management of patients with hemorrhoids.
