园区非公有制企业党建工作创新问题研究——以烟台市为例

A Research on the Innovation of Party Construction inNon-public Enterprises in Economic Parks:A Case Study of Yantai

经济园区的非公企业(非公有制企业)党建工作已成为党的基层组织建设的一个重要领域。作为党建工作的一个新领域,经济园区非公企业党建工作面临新情况新问题诸多,需持续创新。党的十八大以来,中共烟台市委从管理体制、工作机制、组织覆盖、基础保障等方面的问题解决入手,创新经济园区非公企业党建工作新模式,实现了党的建设在非公企业的有效覆盖,推动了非公企业的高质量发展,促进了党的建设与园区企业发展“同频共振、互促共赢”,形成了“互联互动、互促共进”的园区非公企业党建工作新格局。系统总结、提炼烟台市经济园区非公企业党建工作创新的经验和做法,对持续推进经济园区非公企业党建工作具有一定的启示、参考和借鉴意义。

The party construction in non-public enterprises in economic parks,a key and new issue in the primary-level party construction,confronted with various situations,is calling for continuous innovation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,starting from the management system,working mechanism,organization expansion,and basic guarantee,the Yantai municipal party committee innovated the working models of party construction by effectively promoting the high-quality development of non-public enterprises and enhancing the mutual development for the party and the enterprise growth in economic parks,thus forming a new pattern for non-public enterprises party construction in economic parks.It is important to systematically summarize and draw on practices of non-public enterprises party construction in Yantai economic parks as it can bring inspiration and reference to the continuous advancement of non-public enterprises in economic parks.
