摘要
随着城市发展理念由增量扩张向存量优化转变,我国城市更新策略也逐渐由区域经济增速、外在物质积累向城市品牌营销、内在活力提升等现代化可持续方向改进。城市步行街以其功能包容性强、场所经营互动、公共空间共享等特征日益成为城市更新的发力点和展示平台,但同时也存在着管理错位、业态固化、文化同质等弊端,很大程度上抑制了城市更新的内生活力和整体效益。以城市触媒理论为切入点和分析框架,通过青岛市台东步行街的改造案例阐述宏观规划的政策基础、提档升级的产业互动和特色挖掘的文化融合等因素,描述城市步行街更新发展的实践策略,并进一步探讨城市触媒理念对步行街改造以及城市活力再现的重要推动作用。
With the transformation of urban development concept from incremental expansion to inventory optimization,China’s urban renewal strategies have been gradually amended along the sustainable development,from the regional economic growth rate and external material accumulation to the urban brand marketing and internal vitality promotion and other modernizations.The urban pedestrian street,with its features of strong functional inclusiveness,site management interaction and public space sharing,has increasingly become the focus and display platform of urban renewal.But at the same time,it also has disadvantages such as misplaced management,fixed business forms and cultural homogeneity,which largely restrains the endogenous vitality and overall benefits of urban renewal.Based on the urban catalysts theory with the transformation case of Qingdao Taitung pedestrian street,this paper expounds on the policy foundations of macroscopic planning,upgraded industrial interaction and cultural integration by excavating distinctive cultural features.Meanwhile,this paper further discusses the important role of urban catalysts concept in the pedestrian street transformation and the urban dynamic reappearance after describing the strategies of the urban pedestrian street update and development.
