摘要
创业团队的特性、形成过程与创业绩效之间存在紧密关系。创业团队的形成过程受到创业发起人的个人经历、工作经验及其与创业领域匹配性等因素的影响,创业团队的构成、创业导向和创业成员的吸纳过程等因素影响创业绩效。案例研究表明,在创业伊始依赖人际关系组建团队之后,通过资源探寻追加团队成员是有效的。创业者的企业控制权意识、业务规模和成长性等因素在创业团队形成模式与创业绩效之间发挥中介作用。
There are close relationships among the characteristics,the formation process and the entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial team.The formation of entrepreneurial team is in-fluenced by various factors,such as the founder's personal experience,working experience as well as the suitability between such experience and the entrepreneurial area.The entrepreneur-ial performance is influenced by the team composition,entrepreneurial orientation and process of absorbing team members.Case study has presented that it is positive to search for additional team members through resources after relying on interpersonal relationships for founding the team at the beginning stage.Furthermore,entrepreneur's conscious of enterprise control,busi-ness scale and growth etc.play mediating roles between the entrepreneurial team formation mod-el and performance.
