天然气发电机组启动过程中燃料燃烧稳定性对SFC工作的影响

摘要 随着越来越多的天然气发电机组(简称燃机)陆续投运,自动化调控流程越来越先进,使燃机快速启停的优势能最大化的发挥出来。燃机在静止状态下的启动是由SFC(静止变频启动装置)完成的,之后燃机动力慢慢参与进来,与SFC同时做功,保证机组稳定升速。如果此时燃料燃烧稳定性不够,就很容易导致SFC出现甩负荷现象引起SFC退出运行,调整不及时还会引起燃机启机失败。通过某发电公司的实际案例,阐述该关键点的重要性。 As more and more natural gas generator sets(abbreviated as gas turbines)are put into operation one after another,the automated control process becomes more and more advanced,so that the advantages of fast start and stop of gas turbines can be maximized.The start of the gas turbine in a stationary state is completed by the SFC,after which the gas turbine power slowly participates,and works simultaneously with the SFC(Stable Variable Frequency Starter)to ensure the stable speed increase of the unit.If the fuel combustion stability is not enough at this time,it is easy to cause the SFC to have a load rejection phenomenon and cause the SFC to exit operation.If the adjustment is not timely,the gas turbine will fail to start.The following will illustrate the importance of this key point through an actual case of a power generation company.
