摘要 简要介绍了6 kV高压电动机由于本身设计、日常检修维护等原因导致电动机轴承损坏、运行不稳定、故障率高的问题。通过对故障原因的分析,重点对电动机一次部分的轴承润滑、冷却器散热等进行改进,并且根据不同设备的运行工况制定相应的设备检修维护管理办法。通过对电动机的综合治理,彻底解决了6 kV电动机由于轴承润滑、散热等原因造成的电动机非计划性检修停机,使得电动机故障率极大降低,提高了设备运行的可靠性,确保了机组安全稳定运行,特别是轴承无忧运转的检查、维护工作的开展,取得了良好的经济效益。 Briefly introduce the problems of motor bearing damage,unstable operation and high failure rate caused by its own design,daily maintenance and other reasons for 6 kV high voltage motors.Through the analysis of the cause of the failure,the focus is on improving the bearing lubrication of the primary part of the motor and the heat dissipation of the cooler,and formulating corresponding equipment maintenance and management methods according to the operating conditions of different equipment.Through the comprehensive treatment of the motor,the unplanned maintenance and shutdown of the 6 kV motor due to bearing lubrication,heat dissipation and other reasons have been completely solved,which greatly reduces the motor failure rate,improves the reliability of equipment operation,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.In particular,the inspection and maintenance of the worry-free operation of bearings have achieved good economic benefits.
