上网电价的水平能够在一定意义上反映了我国风电产品行业的趋势。我们预计在全球平价上网时代即将来临之前,风电行业也会再次掀起新一轮的抢装潮,同时也很有可能带来机组的质量问题。平价上网虽然会直接迫使公司把重心放在如何降低建筑工程造价、提高存量建筑机组的效率上,但是在短期内降低建筑成本确实存在着很多客观上的困难。要根据自身的资源禀赋、科技水平等条件,均衡地区各个城市平价上网,避免“一刀切”。风电产业需要进一步调整产业布局,形成集中型、分散型开发兼顾的局面,加快"走出去"的脚步;加强科技创新和产业链的协同,努力提高机组设备的可靠性、经济性和高效性。

The level of feed-in tariff can reflect the trend of my country’s wind power product industry to a certain extent.We expect that before the era of global grid parity is approaching,the wind power transportation industry will once again set off a new round of rush for installation.The new round of wind curtailment and power rationing caused by this may never be effectively regulated.At the same time,It is also very likely to bring us unit quality problems.Although Internet parity will directly force the company to focus on how to reduce the cost of construction projects and improve the efficiency of the existing construction units,there are indeed many objective difficulties in reducing construction costs in the short term.According to their own resource endowments,technological level and other conditions,each city in the region should balance the Internet at a parity price to avoid“one size fits all”.The wind power industry needs to further adjust the industrial layout,form a situation of centralized and decentralized development,accelerate the pace of“going out”;strengthen technological innovation and the coordination of the industrial chain,and strive to improve the reliability,economy and efficiency of unit equipment.
