智能电表数字化生产线设计

摘要 早在18世纪80年代初,第一台电表便已诞生,经过多年的改进,国家的发展,电表在人们日常生活中占据了越来越重要的地位。传统的电表生产方式以人工生产为主,效率低、易出现故障,无法满足电表数量及质量需求。为使智能电表的生产效率得到有效提升,研究开发了自动化程度更高的数字化生产线,解放了大量人力资源,提高了电表的生产效率和质量。 As early as the early 1880s,the first electric energy meter was born.After years of improvement and the development of the country,the electric energy meter has occupied an increasingly important position in people’s daily life.The traditional electric energy meter production method is mainly manual production,which is low in efficiency and prone to failure,and cannot meet the quantity and quality requirements of electric energy meters.In order to effectively improve the production efficiency of smart electric energy meters,a digital production line with a higher degree of automation has been researched and developed,which liberates a large amount of human resources and improves the production efficiency and quality of electric energy meters.
