School Cultural Construction: Where Shall We Go After Going through “the Jungle of Concepts”?

学校文化是系统思考学校管理的框架和工具,但不是唯一抓手。在学校文化建设从自发到自觉、从标准化到个性化阶段的发展过程中,出现了"概念丛生"的现象,引发学校管理研究者和实践者的担忧和反思。我们一直穿行在学校管理根本问题和流行问题构成的灌木丛中,企望通过管理逆熵做功获得、增加确定性和安全感。想拥有丛林,我们得种树也种草,一棵棵地、一片片地种,努力培育学校文化之树,成为教育理论丛林的一部分,期待学校管理理论和实践作为树的形象和它们站在一起。

School culture provides a framework and tool to reflect on school management but is not the only entry point.In the process of school cultural construction from spontaneity to self-consciousness and from standardization to individuation,the"jungle of concepts"emerges,which triggers concerns and reflections from school management researchers and practitioners.Observing school management from the perspective of school cultural construction,we are concerned more that there is still a long way to go from the"jungle of concepts"and the"jungle of management theories."We have been traversing the bush made of basic and prevailing problems in school management,expecting to acquire and increase the sense of security and certainty from the inverse entropy power in management.We have to plant trees one by one as well as grass to cultivate jungles.What we need can be summed up with three points below:wording,practicing,and cultivating.Attempting to water the tree of school culture as part of educational theory jungles,we expect school management theories and practices to stand along with them as trees.
