“互联网+”时代高职教师信息素养现状及提升策略 被引量:3

摘要 “互联网+教育”的出现,使得互联网与教育深度融合成为趋势,这给高职教育和高职教师带来了新的机遇和挑战。信息素养作为教师在“互联网+”时代开展教学活动的必备素质,在高职院校高质量内涵式发展中起到非常重要的作用。提升高职教师信息素养也是建设高质量、专业化、创新型教师团队的关键举措之一。该文梳理了“互联网+”时代高职教育面临的变革以及挑战,归纳整理了“互联网+”时代高职教师信息素养的构成要素,调查并分析了当前高职教师信息素养提升需求方面的现状,最后提出了提升高职教师信息素养的策略。 The emergence of"Internet+Education"has made the internet and education deeply integrated into a trend.It brings new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational education and higher vocational teachers.Information literacy,as an essential quality of teachers in the"Internet+"area,plays a very important role in the development of high-quality connotation in higher vocational colleges.Improving the information literacy of higher vocational teachers is also one of the key measures to build a team of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers.This research combs the reform and challenges faced by higher vocational education in the"Internet+"area,summarizes the elements of information literacy of higher vocational teachers in the"Internet+"area,investigates and analyzes the current situation of higher vocational teachers’information literacy needs,and finally puts forward strategies to enhance the information literacy of higher vocational teachers.
